9/10am: The Level - Organisers setting up – any help very much appreciated!
12 noon: Bike/body decoration, lunch, entertainment
1pm: Assembly
1.30pm: Ride starts
2-2.30pm (approx): First rest stop at Hove Lawns
3-3.30pm (approx): Second rest stop at Old Steine fountain
4-4.30pm (approx): Ride finishes with sea swim and beach picnic

6.30pm - Late: After-party at the Volks Club
